Test Results

All testing will be completed within ten (10) business days except for full nutritional testing which takes longer. Testing of microbiology samples will generally be started the same day as the samples are received.Many tests are completed within 5 days or less Some tests may be requested on a rush basis, which will be subject to additional charges. Sample Submissions

Clear written instructions must accompany all samples, and each sample identified. Please use our Request For Analytical Services form. Print, fill out, and include with samples. Microbiology samples should contain 50 grams of product for each test unless prior arrangement has been made with a microbiologist. Two samples are required if a product needs both Chemical and Microbiological testing. Chemistry sample requirements do vary, so please contact one of our chemists to determine a proper sample size. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding proper shipping methods for samples.

Payment Terms

Terms are Net 30 (thirty) days if you have an established account with Purity Laboratories. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a 1.5% per month service fee until paid in full. If you do not have an account with us, payment in full should accompany your samples. Print and complete our Credit Application to open an account with us.

Methods

All testing methods at Purity Laboratories meets or exceeds the standards set forth by numerous regulatory agencies. This means that all tests are run not only in accordance with methods set forth by AOAC, USDA, USP, NF, EPA, AOCS, AACC

Results

You can view your tests results on-line as soon as we post them! Sign-up on our website for your secure account.
Verbal, mail, faxed and/or preliminary results can be provided upon request or noted on the Request For Analytical Services form.

Sample Retention

All samples are held for 2 weeks (14 days) after the testing completion date. Other lengths of time can be negotiated with prior notice.

Confidentiality

Test results as well as our client lists are strictly confidential. Results are released only to the party who ordered the work unless otherwise directed in writing.
